FREE Friday Yoga-Beginners

New to Yoga?  Try our FREE  yoga Friday!  Yes, it’s free every Friday.  This class is great for beginners or those who want a less strenuous practice.  We will mindfullly explore asanas (postures),  breathing techniques and close with a sweet savasana (relaxation pose).  Expect to build mental and physical strength and flexibility while connecting with your community.

    I’m an overweight veteran. I need help losing weight, but am limited to what types of exercise I can participate in.

    You can also check out the MOVE Program at the VA Hospital. I’ve heard some people have had great success with it! Goodluck! 🙂
