The “Integral Krama” focuses on developmental movement postures and patterns. These are the essential components in the process of evolution from the most simple, foundational, and available modes of early human motion mechanics to those which lead to complex patterns that are used habitually in the matured human adult. This is a practice that will bring attention to the workings of the inner child and how the early struggles to reach, roll, crawl, twist, etc, have led to today’s standards of movements in the society we interact with. While each class may contain a particular goal posture or pattern, it is the enjoyment of “returning from whence we came” that will elevate and enlighten a practitioner to ever deeper levels of themselves and wholeness. All levels welcome!
