Awaken your senses as you find stillness with your body and mind. Classes will begin with breathing exercises and gentle stretching to prepare the body and mind for a 20 seated meditation. Meditation can be done on a chair, bolster, blanket or mat. Both new and experienced meditators benefit from group meditations, which greatly amplify the power of each meditator’s efforts.
We understand that people cannot always attend an entire meditation. We ask that you please enter and leave quietly. Because the energy of the group is affected by the consciousness of each individual present. This class is FREE and all are welcome.
