Yogalign Workshop with Helen Ames
The Yogalign Method developed on Kauai by Michaelle Edwards. The focus of the practice it to create aligned posture, the benefits of proper spinal alignment are:

In this 2 day workshop you will learn the basic techniques of the yogalign method for individual practice. We will work as a group and individually to find a practice that supports each individual in there body. We will increase in intensity and depth of knowledge as the weekend progresses.
