Brandy utilizes over a decade of experience as she teaches alignment and flow techniques in Hatha yoga classes. She offers progressive classes that teach a variety of breathing techniques, posture, and meditative practices. In private and small group classes she will test movement patterns and gain a deeper understanding of where the client is coming from. Then she'll work to help correct asymmetrical movements, and tailors the practice to meet the needs of the participants. She concludes classes with relaxation and cultivates space for self-inquiry. In addition to completing over 500 hours of yoga training, Brandy is a Certified Health Coach and has a Masters degree in health science and Bachelors degree in psychology.
