Haleigh began studying the philosophy of yoga and practicing Asana in 2011 during a time that required a paradigm shift. She received her 200 YTT from Circle Yoga Shala in 2016, and will become an advanced yoga teacher in fall of 2018 after receiving her 500 YTT. Haleigh’s goal through this work is to become a teacher of teachers. Currently, she manages the Circle Yoga Shala farm and apprentices with the faculty in Ayurvedic cooking, equine therapy, yoga therapy and advanced movement. Her personal practice and teaching method are supported by movement, rhythm, stillness, integration and presence. These techniques collectively inform each style of yoga that she teaches.
