I started my yoga journey in 2011 after a painful knee injury left me limping for years. My first year of practicing yoga was a struggle. I felt weak in my body and mind, but it made walking more bearable so I persisted, and I am so glad I did. After four years of practicing on and off I got the opportunity to take my first teacher training; however, it was in Kundalini, which I had never even heard of. Although my Kundalini training was pretty much the most difficult thing I have ever done I am so grateful that everything happened like it did. Kundalini brings so much good energy into my life and those around me. I find the true power of yoga in my Kundalini practice and hope that I can share that joy with anyone who is willing to learn.
