After years of resistance, doubt and ultimately fear, it was a sports related back injury that brought Yoga into my life. The relation to body movement and the mind was more than familiar to me having a background in Northern Shaolin Kung Fu and a huge fan of recreational dancing with some formal training in dance as well. Yoga has brought more than just a physical healing aspect into my life, it truly has been a wonderful 5 year spiritual journey of rediscovery and new beginnings accompanied by endless possibility. The classes that I currently teach focus on flow with alignment awareness, integrating breath work and mind connection. All levels are always welcome and modifications to each pose are readily available. Exploration of body awareness is my pedagogy goal so, come practice with me and let your body be your guide.
