Belonging - A Journaling Activity

While we all desire community, for some of us, it can feel very scary to allow ourselves to really settle into relationships with friends, family members, or partners. In this time of physical distancing, it can be even more challenging to cultivate and sustain a sense of belonging. The activity below is a chance to reflect on your current needs and desires regarding friendship and community and create a plan for increasing connection in your life.
