Guided Yoga Nidra Relaxation

Yoga Nidra, also known as yogic sleep, is a meditation practice that provides physical, mental and emotional relaxation. It is both restful and restorative which aids in physical and mental health. Some of the benefits of yoga nidra include reduced feelings of stress and anxiety, less trouble sleeping, and more mental focus. Yoga Nidra can also be beneficial for those suffering from PTSD. It has also been said that one hour of yoga nidra practice is equivalent to four hours of sleep.

This guided meditation will help guide you into a restful state - the state between asleep and awake - through breath work and guided visualization
