To put it simply, Bryan wants to help men to be their best and healthiest self, to live their life in the fullest and most complete way possible, and most importantly to love those around them and themselves. Whether you have been hurt by others, are struggling in your roles as a dad, husband, partner, friend, family member, or co-worker, or are having difficulty with something internally, working with you to figure out a way forward is a priority to Bryan. You are a valuable person who is worthy of honesty, trust, compassion, healing, and respect. “I am nothing close to perfect, and I will not pretend or promise to know how to fix whatever you are going through. What I can do is listen with empathy, be with you in the moment, use my experience from doing counseling over the years, and care about you as a person throughout the process.
