Madison Baxter, LCSW


Madison is a licensed certified social worker with 8+ years experience helping people live fulfilling and meaningful lives. She has provided services in community mental health, and school-based settings, with experience working with teens, adults, families, and couples. Madison received her master’s degree from Washington University, in St. Louis, and her bachelor’s degree from Kalamazoo College, in Michigan. Madison’s goal as a therapist is to support you in building self-compassion, vulnerability, and resiliency in order to overcome life’s challenges. She uses a client-centered approach to explore what matters most to you;  building confidence, and strength in your own identity and experience. With a mindfully focused practice, Madison seeks to help you find relief from emotional pain, in order to experience life with an open and curious heart.  Madison uses an acceptance and commitment framework to address issues including depression, anxiety, trauma, family conflict, and unexpected life changes. Madison is a Fayetteville native, who is passionate about engaging with the Northwest Arkansas community. Madison enjoys hiking, doing yoga, and playing video games in her free time.
