Men’s Group

Men’s Group is meant to allow individuals to show up as they are, open up to the challenging parts of their existence, and work on skills in their lives. It was created to help you foster a sense of belonging and community without fear of being rejected or excluded for simply having human experiences that are often shamed or minimized for males. If you’re an individual who identifies with and feels directly impacted by the expectations of being male within society, then this group is a safe space for you. The group will tackle issues such as anxiety, depression, feelings of being inadequate or lacking purpose in life, challenges with effective communication, anger management, shame, and unstable relationships.
